Happy Valentines Day?

I know its a little early but Adam has been craving some more Sour Cream Sugar cookies. What better way to celebrate our 3 month anniversay!  I decided to get a little creative with the decorations on a few of them.  I piped chocolate hearts on wax paper prior to making the cookies.  Then, after they were dry, I placed them on top of the frosting.  These weren't the easiest to pipe (I actually had to use a knife to fill in the heart) but they are cute and hopefully taste good!

Adam just said "they are good but not as good as the ones your mom makes."  Guess I need more practice!

Crafting

So, I decided it was about time to make another post (I can't believe it has been almost a month).  Not much is new in the Wood household these days.  Adam has started his fifth quarter of school and I have been busy at work with year-end activities.  It's been a long couple of weeks with no free time for either of us.  Hopefully it slows down a little soon!

This last weekend I spent the day with my best friend Tori.  We spent the afternoon catching up and crafting!  It was so much fun!  We decided to get together like that once a month this year so I'll be sharing our projects as often as possible.  First though, I posted about yarn wreaths in early December and actually ended up making a few.  I made five as Christmas gifts, but failed to take any pictures.  Here is the one I made for our front door (which I finally hung last night).

I've been obsessed with these rosettes lately.  Check out my new earrings that I made!  I love them and am so excited to make more!  I wore these to work on Monday and people liked them so much I actually was able to make a few bucks!

Please excuse the blury pictures - these were so hard to focus on.
